Val is the face behind Wildflower Wellbeing. She is an author, singer, teacher and historian and uses all these skills in her classes, workshops and books.
She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, meditation and self love with families and helping them to celebrate the natural and unique qualities that each individual holds.
Yoga and meditation have been so beneficial to her throughout her adult life, in coping with everyday stresses but also helping to balance her mental health. Yoga is something she wished she had growing up so she loves being able to welcome children into this calming world.
She completed training in the Pink Buddha Mindfulness and Positive Mindset program, holds a 50 hour teacher training certificate from Zenergy Kids Yoga Training as well as a Bachelor's degree in History and Music.
Val grew up in New York and now lives in Mt Martha with her husband and two kids, aged 5 and 10.
